Grady leads Resi with a strong work ethic and an unwavering integrity. He is passionate about travel, sustainability, wellness and is always up for a new challenge.

Before founding his latests digital marketing firm in 2014, Grady created a successful energy efficiency consulting firm and served as a co-founder of the Minnesota Clean Energy Initiative, an association that was formed to develop and advocate for PACE financing legislation and other clean energy initiatives in Minnesota.

Grady brings a strong operational background to the Resi team. With years of experience in real estate and finance, his problem solving skills and empathy make him a natural leader of any team.
