Community Member
Membership is available for management companies and communities within the Monroe County, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County area. Membership dues are based on the number of units per property. For any community that is an active member, the management company is also considered a SEFAA member and is able to reap the same benefits of the organization.
- Memberships are company-based, which means all employees may enjoy the benefits of one company’s membership
- Includes dual membership for the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Florida Apartment Association (FAA)
- Unlock savings when you enroll in the free Home Depot Pro Xtra Loyalty Program. Members can earn up to 2% cash back annually (after a minimal spend of $25,000).
- Plus, members can receive 20% off BEHR Paints, Stains & Primers
- Earn the ability to purchase NAA Click & Lease Florida (i.e. Blue Moon software) upon joining
- Gain access to the SEFAA Supplier Directory

NAA Click and Lease (Blue Moon) is only available to members of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and its affiliates. Without an active membership, Blue Moon account will be deactivated until membership is reinstated.
2024 DUES BREAKDOWN
- Under 50 units: Flat rate of $143.20
- 51-300 units: $3.13 per unit
- 301 or more units: $3.08 per unit
*$65 administration fee will be applied for new members. Annual membership is based on a calendar year.
If your account is past due 60 or more days, you will not be able to register for any of our upcoming programs, seminars or educational events until your account is brought up to current. Accounts can be brought current through Member Compass or calling the SEFAA office at 561-447-0696.
Independent Rental Owner
Membership is available for Independent Rental Owners with units within the Monroe County, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County area. Membership dues are based on the number of units. For any Independent Rental Owner that is an active member, any company staff is also considered a SEFAA member and is able to reap the same benefits of the organization.
