Liz Richko

Liz is a Florida native, and forever grateful that we get to have the beach in our backyard. She has a few special interests, a lot of which surround social justice and art, but she is particularly passionate about seeking ways to foster a stronger sense of community (as humans in general) and is continually working to find ways to incorporate this goal into every area of life that she can.

She has held several professional positions, including aviation operations for Delta Airlines at PBI, supporting the PBC Board of County Commissioners as a Deputy Minutes Clerk, a yoga teacher, trash collector/hauler, and a nonprofit director. However, her favorite role (and maybe hardest): a mom to four amazing kids.

In her current role as Business Development Manager for Stanley Steemer of South Florida, she is relatively new to the construction industry but excited to learn. She is comfortable with project/event planning and coordination processes, from conceptualizing, research, organizing, design, marketing, and fundraising, to seeing it through every stage and step. She is grateful that working for Stanley Steemer has afforded her the opportunity to be of service to the NAWIC sisterhood, as well as all those who touch the construction industry in some form, with this position on the board.

Liz is currently the Social Media Chair, and Marketing Co-Chair with NAWIC. She is on the DEI Committee as well as the Supplier Council for SEFAA. She is also a member of the following organizations: ABC East Coast Chapter, She Builders, the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, RWorld Affiliates, and a few others.
