The Maintenance Technician ensures the property community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the organization. Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Complete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor.
- Complete Unit Turns
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair
- Adhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands on general maintenance experience.
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call). Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle registration/insurance required.
- Required to work on-call duty and weekends.
- Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
Qualifications:
- Trade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred.
- HVAC experience preferred but not required.
- CPO preferred but not required
