2020 Landlord Tenant Seminar

The Local News,

Last month, SEFAA members gathered together on Friday, January 24 to hear from legal experts in the multifamily housing industry as they discussed the latest ever-changing laws, regulations, and concerns of the industry.

The event, hosted in a special Law & Order format, presented 11 panelists between the morning and afternoon sessions. Some of the hot topics on the agenda included:

  • Service Animals/ESAs
  • Eviction Judgement
  • Landlord Liability
  • Fair Housing
  • Finalizing Damages
  • Mold Remediation

Our panelists were able to offer professional advice and guidance on issues that affect multifamily housing on a daily basis. The seminar aims to provide a strong foundation of legislative knowledge and proper protocol, so that management teams can better serve and protect their communities and residents.

Attendees successfully secured 5 CECs for their participation and were the first to welcome our 2020 Board of Directors.

Here's what people are saying about the event:

"The content was highly relevant and the panelists were great at keeping our attention."
